I can’t log into my account so I literally cannot play the game?

Been playing Battlefield 6 since launch. Tried to play  today and it’s asking me to go to an email that isn’t mine to sign into? So it’s asking me to get the code from an email but this email has not...

Also having this same issue with BF6 and UC24, not tried any other EA games as yet, email is unrecognised and there is no way to do a simple account retrieval, my lad can’t get online for £70 purchase early Xmas present, not good.
