EA Support Chat

So I was waiting for live chat support for about 2 hours and my wait time always said 5 minutes.   Anyway I seemed to have made a huge mistake and unlinked my PSN and Twitch and linked it to a new EA account because none of my Drops were showing up and now only one drop has showed up in my game.   Long story short I didn’t receive all of my drops and I’ve lost all my progress in every EA game that I play currently.
