I can't access any EA on PS5 - loop QR code pass change
Hi there, I tried every possible way but I can't play anymore any EA Sports game on my PS5 (regardeless I can, of course, have a EA+ 5.99 euros a month active...). Reason why: I haven't play for a long and while my account name is still the same, my password has changed. So it prompts me the QR code/change password process. I do that. But nothing happens - and there's no why (I tried every menu) to act on it directly via the console/game... PLEASE HELP!!!

It sounds like your PlayStation is linked to a different EA account than the one you're resetting the password to. If you don't know what that account might be, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at how they can get you back into your games.
