I did not create an EA account!

I did not create an EA Account but i received several emails for account activation. I changed all my passwords but couldnt delete this Ea account. Could you pls help? EA ID: chkyyNYSHmaENI

I Have the same issue...can;t find any way to reach a person after an hour of trying to wade through the unhelpful help!
