After consulting with the consultant, they informed me that they have lifted my ban, but I cannot find any record of my account being banned. However, the game still shows me as banned, which is likely due to a malfunction in lifting the ban. What should I do now?

There is no other way to appeal a ban.

If you have yet to appeal the ban by following the steps there then I would recommend doing so asap.
