    Nevermind, today the game reappear in the EA App so everything is fine <3

Hi My-keyyyyyy​,

You most likely logged in to the wrong EA account. Do you remember having ever had another account under another email address?

If you cannot recall the login details, the best thing to do is reach out to EA support here.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply. I do not have any other account.

    I only got one account with EA Origin.

    I think the migration to the new app cause this. I never owned BF1. I only participate in beta test of that game.

    And in the new EA app I have BF 1 in my library which I should not. And I am missing MOH 2010... From all the games I lost my favourite one that is a bummer...
