I just want to get back all of my old Apex stuff

My apex account was tied to an old email I had, so when I unlinked the account from there I tried to link my Xbox account to my current EA account, I couldn't do that because "I can only tie one account to my EA account in my lifetime" stupid rule means I just lost all of the stuff I had on apex because they won't let me retie my account. I just want to be able to unlink my account on one end, retie it on another.
