So a while ago my account got hacked and the hacker changed the email and turned on two factor authentication so I can't do anything about it. The issue is that they got the account banned for unauthorized access and I need to unlink the account from my xbox account but I can't do that since I can't manage the account without a code from the hackers email. Is there any way for me to unlink the accounts and play games again?
THIS!! I HAVE THE EXACT SAME ISSUE, TRIED THE LIVE CHAT AND I ONLY GOT A QUEUE NUMBER 12 HOURS INTO WAITING!!! AND MY LAPTOP DECIDED TO CRASH AND I LOST THAT QUEUE NUMBER!!!!
they dont help, theyre expecting all of us to get tired of waiting and just make a new account. I waited 3 whole days. im just gonna pirate bf6 i guess
I am definitely NOT backing down. I have 4 Battlefields worth of games that I got in my hacked account. I am getting my account back even if I die trying.
