i need help unlinking my steam acc from a ea acc that i dont have access to

To link both an Xbox and Steam account to an EA account, you do need to be able to verify you're the account owner, making the request by popping in the verification code.
Is there a chance you can recover the email address and retrieve the codes? If not, please get in contact with our support team, and they'll try to help you reset where the codes are sent to.
