I want to contact Support about my EA account.

I’m trying to buy Battlefield 6 on Steam, but I’m worried that I won’t be able to play it because I’ve been having trouble logging into my EA account that’s linked to my Steam. I can’t access that EA account at all.

Could you please check the details for me, or maybe unlink the EA account from my Steam? At the very least, could you please tell me which email address is linked to this Steam account?

I’ve already tried contacting EA Support through the website, but nothing happens — it seems bugged and my requests never go through, which is really frustrating.

    You should know which e-mail is connected to your account/s.  If you do not know that, that is not good.

    However you would need to prove that the account is yours and knowing the e-mail connected to it is a part of that. 

    E-mail account addresses are personal info that is just not handed out. Think Cybersecurity.

    I don't even understand this langauge but I know it means permanent account ban and you won't be allowed to play any EA game including bf6, ask steam for refund. I am facing same issue with my main ea account

    I would wait to purchase battlefield until you have your account issue/s settled. 

    Refunds can be a tricky business and you do not want to run afoul of EA/Steam's Terms of Purchase etc.  as these can lead to account issues.

    I mean I get the exact same popup for my main ea account which is permanently banned for 4 years now

    The main issue is that I cannot remember which EA account is linked with my Steam. I only need to know the email of that linked EA account, not the passw0rd. I already sent several cases through the EA Help website since the Battlefield 6 Beta. I followed all the steps, and the site said case submitted successfully, but when I checked My Cases, nothing showed up. I tried many times and it still did not appear. So I posted on the Forums and on X EA Help instead. When you replied, you told me to send the case again through the website, but it still does not work. I really need to talk directly with an Admin Support who can check the linked account information, because I cannot send any case through the website.

    If an admin can contact me directly, please send an email to (Edit: Removed e-mail info as per forum rules) Please replace the words at and dot with the real symbols when replying.

    Thank you for your concern about cybersecurity, but I just want to fix this and play the game.
