Tickets on EA Help got ghosted. Is there live chat?

Hi everyone,

I’ve submitted multiple tickets through EA Help, but none of them have received any response. It’s frustrating because tickets seem to be the only way to contact EA support right now.

I also saw others say that after submitting a ticket, a Live Chat option should appear, but it never shows up for me. I tried different times, devices, and browsers, still no Live Chat button.

This is really concerning. I need assistance, but EA isn’t responding to my tickets and I can’t reach chat either.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to speak with a real support agent?

  • I'm having the same issue and now they are refusing to refund me due to time .... but they don't respond.

    Yeah, I know how frustrating it is. I’ve submitted a few tickets and haven’t received any feedback in two weeks. Hopefully, an EA Help agent can see this discussion and let us know how to reach out to them :)

    Hello Cmz189​,

    regarding what kind of topic are you trying to contact Support? Some topics only give you the option to send an e-mail, as live chat support wouldn't be able to properly help. However, even then, they should be contacting you in less than two weeks. What is the status of your case on the website, when you check that?

    Hi EA_Pythia​ , thanks for replying!

    I am not able to check the status of my previous ticket from the link provided. 

    My topic is about account ban and login issue.

    So long story short, EA banned my account but later dismissed the decision. I recieved an email confirming that my account has been unbanned and the penalty was removed from my penalty history (Penalty History). However, when I trying to log into my account on my playstation, it still shows my account is banned.

    Is there any way I can contact someone to double check the status of my account?

    here is the direct link to your case history - from the front page, you have to click on your profile in the right upper corner and then the category "my cases". If the ban was properly removed, your case and any answer from support would appear there. If your account on PSN still shows the ban, then I imagine the ban is still active on your account.

    When it comes to bans, it's not possible to contact Support per live chat as those cases are forwarded by support to the Terms of Services team, who will actually work on the dispute. I'd therefore recommend opening a new case on support after checking your cases.

    EA_Pythia​ thanks for the explanation!

    Just now I was tring to create a new case, as you suggested. However, I noticed that after I created my case, the case didnt show in "My Cases" page.

    Is this a glitch?

     

    By the way my penalty history is still empty so it really confuse me if my account is still banned or not

    I have this exact same issue with submitting a new appeal. It never goes through. Prevents me from buys BF6 I was banned during the beta first or second weekend. Caught in one of the ban waves. I have never hacked or cheated or done anything deserving of a permanent ban. EA support has ghosted me completely.

    EA should really invest more in the help section.

    I spend 2000+ in apex and guess what, I cant even find a real agent to chat when I need help :) wont spend any money in this game any more
