I'm currently using pc game pass with ea play

I installed ea play to use with my pc game pass it's worked fine for months. now it says my credentials have expired to reset my password. I didn't have an ea account so i created one and tried to link my xbox account to that. problem is it says it's linked to an email i haven't had access to in over a decade. ea help is no help whatsoever how can I get them to reset my old xbox email to my new email address.
