i started to lag a lot on apex and i realized i was in us servers and i realized it only gives me us servers even though i live in the uk my friend who lives not far from me has the option for eu servers but i don't i need help

Did you manage to get this fixed, or does it remain an ongoing issue for you?
When you are in-game do you have the option to select a data center? Picking one near you is always best though if not seeing local ones then this can point to a nework or ISP issue.
