I bought SimCity along with SimCity cities of tomorrow, I can log into my account I'm logged in now to make this reply I cannot get support when I go through contact us. I can't get it at all I have a ticket number that doesn't even show up in my cases for that game I can't find that game when I search for games and products it only shows me SimCity buildit. I can't find PC or laptop or computer or Windows on find my console, SimCity will not allow me to run the game in single player it just closes it out as soon as I type single player it only gives me two options single player or quit. Both options quit the game. I can't link my PSN to it. When I have my old PSN connected to it I can't link my new PS into it I don't have my old PSN anymore. It tells me to contact support every time I try to start the game it tells me to contact support every time I try to link my new PSN how do I contact you you have no way for me to contact you so how do I contact support? I don't need to hear go through my website or go through the website because the website does not work it does not work okay listen to the words that are coming out of my mouth it does not work it's broken you guys need to have a direct way for me to email you or to call you for problems because none of the problems you have listed as problems on your website or the problems that I am having so how am I supposed to get help for something if you guys don't give me the option to get help for it?
