account hacked and email changed

My account was hacked and my email address was changed. I opened a case through EA Help but it doesn't appear in my cases section. I checked the forum and there are others who have the same problem. I can't change my email because of two-factor authentication. I can only access my account when I enter the game through Steam. How can I change my email?

    Hello. You will need to open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here. If you don't see a case on your account, it most likely did not get created.

    I tried opening cases many times but none of them showed up.

    Are you using a Chrome browser? If not, try that. Also, if you're on a mobile device, put the browser in desktop mode.

    I am using chrome browser. I opened case many times. It did not appear in my case section.

    Were you logged in when opening the case? Did you get a notification saying the case was submitted?

    Yes, I am logged in. I am receiving notification that the case has been received.

    Is that the same email that you are logged into these forums with? If not, you may want to log in with both accounts to see which account the case is opened on.
