Is anyone else unable to proceed in EA's recruitment process?

I've recently applied for a game tester job in Madrid, but when I got my email to log in to the The Key Talent platform to take the Videogame Tester, I couldnt even start it because the system wouldnt accept my CV. It kept saying "File format is not available" even though my CV was in PDF format, exactly like the website asked.

And when I press "If you encounter any problems, click here" all I get is the error "There was an error sending your message. We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."
