Issue linking Steam to Ea account

Hi guys! So. I'm on Steam playing Split Fiction normally. It works normally with Steam users. But with other players I need to connect via EA. And I can log in to my normal EA account that I always...

Okay, thanks EA_cuervo . I created two cases. I'm on Chrome and I'm trying to click on "Chat with us" button and It is not working lol.
