I cannot access my purchased game. I keep receiving the error message “Your request cannot be completed. Server limitations apply.” I am unable to play despite owning the game. Please check my account and fix this issue. Thank you.

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PS5.

The game launches normally, but when I try to connect to the online services (Ultimate Team), I receive the following error:

"Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply."

This problem started today. The game was working normally before, and I had no issues connecting to the EA servers.

Additional information:

Platform: PlayStation 5

Game: EA SPORTS FC 26

EA account: Web App works normally and I can access my account without any issues.

Internet connection is working, and I can access PlayStation Network.

Could you please check if there is any restriction or issue on my EA account or advise me on how to resolve this problem?
