Issue with FIFA FC26 and FC25 – Freezing in Menus and Ultimate Team

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a serious issue with my EA Sports FC games. Both FC26 and FC25 freeze heavily in the menus, and sometimes I cannot even access Ultimate Team mode. The loading times are extremely long, and the game often gets stuck.

I have already tried the following steps, but the problem is still the same:

• Rebuilt the PlayStation 5 database (Safe Mode option 6).
• Deleted and reinstalled the game completely.
• Cleared saved data and cache.
• Changed DNS settings (Google & Cloudflare).
• Tested with another account and connection.

Despite all these steps, the issue continues. Other games on my PS5 work perfectly fine, and my internet connection is stable. My friends can play FC26/25 without any problem, so it seems to be related to my EA account or online data.

Could you please check my account and reset or clear any corrupted online data related to FIFA Ultimate Team? I believe this could fix the issue.
