EA Ticket

Does EA works anymore outside guys that respond on forum time to time? Tickets seems to not work at all not a single explanation why contact support doesn't work on help.ea.com , there is not a single case number, i've send around 4 tickets and nothing happen.

I am not sure if only i have problems or someone else got it too.

    Nope! Useless. Worthless company. I don’t even know why I’m trying. Almost 4 hours my timer keeps hitting zero and I get no one. I know there is people that have tried for days with no luck.
