A dark past

I would really like to request a feature for EA account management. I cant remove/delete  game personas. One of them is from a past game long forgotten (battlefield heroes). Even EA support was appearntly unable to remove them so a way to remove these or even hide them from my profile would be appreciated. Im still unsure how EA help cant remove it either. Happy for suggestions on how other people circumvent this issue. I was told by EA help that only deleting my account would remove them, but that would also remov and EA game progress....

Anyways, im not sure this is the right place but this would help me hide a dark past and give me some face.
