Lack of support from EA

When they did have live chat, it wasn't much better since a third party company would handle those requests. Often times you'd get some random person who hardly understood your problem and was not qualified to solve it in the slightest. It was genuinely a gamble if the issue would be solved, and you'd often have to contact them three or four times before simple progression problems or missing content was fixed.
