Last Account go banned without Any warning!

My last EA play Account just got banned last night by your "AI". no warning Email or notification was sent out to tell me to change any information to abide by the rules and regulations. I know how you all are when it comes to giving player emails back that are on a banned account. so I'm not gonna beg or cry. But i just want to know why no warning is sent out before a ban is issued to tell us we need to change said "information" if it violates terms and agreements.
