Last Exception error

hi I'm getting an error and i don't know exactly why please help

    I know puzzlezaddict​ but when a user posts something like this with no context then we will often use it as an educational opportunity and ask them to provide more information as to the game and the issue so that going forward they and others will be aware of what info we need rather than simply pasting an error message or similar with no context.

    If we have to search for the information we need buried in a mountain of text then it helps no one and only slows us down.

    We often know what an issue is but we need it to be communicated to us with information so that it does not set the expectation that dropping a wall of text with no other info is fine.

  • 7suopjofey20​  What is your sim trying to create when this lastexception happens?  Does the sim reset or otherwise stop, or does your game crash, or does anything else happen at the time?  I ask because it looks like the game is falling all over itself trying to calculate the type or value of something your sim is crafting, but it doesn't say what.

    Please also let me know whether this happens with all mods, including MCCC, removed.  You can find a raw lastexception in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, if one is generated that is.

    EA_Darko​  Lastexception files are Sims 4 error reports, and the game is mentioned in the error.
