Linked microsoft account

So i have had this problem for years now and i cant seem to figure it out. i try with costumer support and they never help. 

I used to play on an Xbox with my moms email and linked an EA account with her email when i played PVZ GW2. Now me being the dumb kid i was decided to change the email without my mom knowing and it created a whole problem with her email so she ended up deleting her email and just made my email the new one on the account. The issue i have is that i now no longer have access to said account on EA Play because when i try and log in it ask to send a code to my moms old email which is deleted. but i don't have access to change said email to get the code on a different email. i hope someone understands my struggle here i'm just trying to check out My EA games i was promised with  this PC game pass but i cant get to them
