Hey, i have the same problem, but i have no idea what mail is linked, i opened multiple cases over the last week, to ask to remove the link so i can link it to my actual EA account, i made 5 or 6 cases, never got an answer, they where all set to solved, or impossible to solve, with 0 answer.
So i tryed joining a live chat, its totally impossible, i get like 100-500 minute timer that never reaches 0, it allways goes a bit down and up again. even letting the pc on the same page for 3 days in a row.
I tested even with VPN, to change region, same problem, never got a chat.
So i can't play any EA games, i missed the 1st Battlefield 6 Beta allready, and the second its dead too now.
So what should i do?

Are you able to load into any of our games with the account you're having trouble with? If so, it's possible you can see your email address somewhere in the settings. Otherwise, the best I can recommend is opening another case with support. You might want to try email instead of chat.

I tried to install NFS 2015 and it wont let me enter the game.
It want me to sign into my EA account, which I cant.

Hey, im LuckyDragon6967, but with my real EA account that got banned for no reason after sending 2 cases, i got it unbanned. Thats my account from 2012, that got the same mail as my PSN account, so this should be my main account, but my PSN is not linked to this account. and if i want to link it, i get the error its allready linked to a disabled EA account. And no i can't load in any multiplayer game, i play on PS5, so when i launch a game it ask me to change password, as my account is disabled, i only see the disabled adress.
And still no answer of the team. So i guess EA games are dead for me now.

The best I can advise is to open another case if you don't get a response within 48 hours. Also, do not resume an existing case. That will pull it from the queue so an advisor won't see it and respond. Once a case is submitted, wait for a response
