locked out of 10+ year old account...
I have tried getting into my old EA account after changing my phone # and not realizing it was connected to my account. I try sending an email to the email address linked and nothing goes through. I contacted my email provider and the error isnt happening on their end. I have sent in MULTIPLE tickets just for EA to mark them as solved and move on when no one has gotten back to me. I spent 16 hours waiting for live support and while it said 0 minutes of waiting left, no one ever came. I have thousands of dollars worth of games on this account and almost 20000 hours played. What can I do to fix this? I am so sad to give up on my account and starting over will mean me never touching an EA game EVER again. This is so disappointing.
