Logging in again

Hey guys! For some context I made an EA account about 7 years ago.. I remember the EA ID, however don't remember the email/have access to it again. Is there a way to get back to it? I still can play on my Xbox with this account however I really want to keep all my items and progress secure as I try to play on laptop with the same account! When logging on via my EA app on laptop, it doesn't let me put in a password without 2FA going to the email that I don't have a hold of anymore :(
