I’ve been having the same issue for the past week and a half. I’ve spent at least 2 or 3 hours every day trying to find a solution, and have almost completely given up. There is no support team to help you with this situation. The only person who can unlink your console from their EA account is, whoever owns the EA account, or the owners of EA. There has been no answer for this personally, but I wish you luck. If you find an answer, please let me know.

quick rant: It is completely awful that there is no support team. The only way to figure out your problems is by figuring it out yourself, and there are some things that obviously have no solution. Like logging into a foreign account that is permanently linked to our own console. Ive been playing EA games since I got my ps4 in 2015, and have always used my own email. I have never had an issue until a week ago. Now I can’t play a single EA game and am not sure if I ever will again. I have no clue whose email is being used now and have no way to find out. I don’t know how it could have been switched in the first place. I’ve been collecting games with this PlayStation account over the years, and creating a new one to have all my games lost, sounds like I’m putting down the sticks for good.
