Unfortunately, we can't support account-related requests here on the forums, as we don't have the right tools to do so. You'll need to contact live support for help unlinking an account, as the usual steps don't apply in this case without access to the old EA account. An advisor will need to verify your ownership of the account before exploring what options are available. 

Just a quick reminder that progress is saved at the EA account level, so proceeding would effectively disconnect you from past progress, per the risks of unlinking.
