Look i cannot recover the email in question at all
it is impossible
i made a new account to try and just move on and relink my steam account to it but it wont let me unless its disconnected from the old account thats inaccessible

just disconnect the steam account thats all i want
i dont care about the old account i just want to reconnect my steam account to my new ea account

You'll need to contact live support for help unlinking an account, as the usual steps don't apply in this case without access to the old EA account. An advisor will need to verify your ownership of the account before exploring what options are available.
Just a quick reminder that progress is saved at the EA account level, so proceeding would effectively disconnect you from past progress, per the risks of unlinking.
