My account got locked

Hello,

I woke up this morning to an email informing me that my EA account has been banned. After checking further, I noticed that my Hotmail account was also temporarily locked due to suspicious activity.

I would like to clarify that the multiple login attempts associated with my account were made by me. I am happy to verify my identity and provide any additional information needed to assist with your investigation.

I respectfully request a review of my account and would appreciate any guidance on the steps required to regain access. Please let me know how I can help resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

    Unfortunately, we're unable to support account-related requests on the forums. You'll want to connect with our support team by appealing the ban and creating a case. The team there will have the right tools and records to review this for you and support any other account-related changes you may want to make.

    It might be worth going through as many of the security steps on this page to secure your account, given the suspicious activity you've noticed.
