My account is Hacked - Need Help

So I have an account "CaptainNemo22", it was hacked and I have been trying to contact EA for weeks now, but I’m stuck in a frustrating loop. The website instructs me to use chat support, but since my account is compromised, I can’t sign in—meaning I can’t even create a case. There’s no direct email support available, and I’ve exhausted all standard recovery options.

I created this account that I am using for this discussion to contact them, and I am still not able to create a case nor get in touch with the chat.
