How do I gain access to a chat room with a EA worker regarding an open case I filed?  They told me it would take 24-72 hours for a representative to contact me that had the abilities to change my ...

    Thanks, but I’ve already contacted them numerous times. I was told the other day that it was closed on their end. So I had to resubmit it and they told me they would be 100% contact me within 72 hours again… and now I’m at the end of that duration for a second time with not being contacted. Just insane to me that they push off customer help. 

    idk if I have to wait a week or a year there’s no info or help on EA side of things.
