How do I gain access to a chat room with a EA worker regarding an open case I filed? They told me it would take 24-72 hours for a representative to contact me that had the abilities to change my ...

Hi DC-Binkzz,

Since not everything has the live chat option, you might need to pick a different but closely matching problem on the EA Help site. You could also try the "Get in touch with us" link towards the end of the guide below, as that gave me the chat option just now.

Thanks, but I’ve already contacted them numerous times. I was told the other day that it was closed on their end. So I had to resubmit it and they told me they would be 100% contact me within 72 hours again… and now I’m at the end of that duration for a second time with not being contacted. Just insane to me that they push off customer help.

idk if I have to wait a week or a year there’s no info or help on EA side of things.
