The hacker removed me from my ea account changed my email to there email. How do i get my PS5 unlinked to there account and relinked to my new ea acount.
I have changed my password on Ps5 account. I have 2 step authentication on everything. But i cant link my ps5 to my ea account. Because its linked to the account from the hacker. Need help. Tried contacting EA havent heard anything.

I have made three cases. But none of them are popping up on my portal/profile case. Anyway i can get the ball rolling on this.
