I have reached out to EA supported probably 10 times now with no help. They close out tickets randomly and without talking to me. As of right now they ask you to report what is happening, take you to the help page for you to click on your issue, for you to click chat with support, and takes you back to you reporting your issue. What?? My account was hacked and the email changed. I can somehow log in through psn but if I want to click on anything it tells me its going to send an email to the hackers email. I cant appeal because when I click submit, it says case not created because they were having an issue and to try again in a few hours. I just want my account back. It's been 3 years of absolutely no help from EA. I see a lot of other people complaining of the same thing with EA making uneducated comments still not helping anyone. Can anyone actually help???
With no response in over 16 hours, support chat still not working, i have sent a complaint to BBB to hopefully force them to reach out.
