Recently i tried to log into my EA account via Steam to play BF6 beta and ive encountered the verification page but it said that veriffication code was sent to email ardress that ended with @lenta.ru
This is email ive never seen or use. And now i am unable to use my EA account linked with Steam and all my games
I havent log in to my EA account for some time and i remember few months back getting notiffication from google about password leak if it could be related.
Ive tried to create a ticket but everytime i send it, it goes nowhere, Its not in case history, no email notiffication.
Good luck man. I waited 14 hours yesterday to get customer service. They will just try and recover the hacker EA account through verification....which you obviously can't verify BECAUSE IT ISNT YOUR ACCOUNT. This is absolutely stupid. This is the 3rd time in 3 years I have tried to fix this issue. But good news man, "there is no limit to the amount of times you can try to recover your EA account," IT ISN"T MY EA ACCOUNT, I'll never be able to verify a hacker's EA account.
I don't get why this is so hard. I can prove in a million ways that I own the xbox gamertag and that I own this account. They refuse to unlink my gamer tag. They prioritize hacker accounts over customer accounts. File a Better Business Bureau complaint. I just saved you 14 hours of waiting, they won't help you.
