Somebody else used my used my email to start an account and I can’t get anyone to help me delete my account. This is a securityissue. I need help now.
I am having the same issue. The time from when you submit a support ticked to the chat "support" getting around to you in the queue is around 7 hours and I'm either asleep or in bed when that happens.
I preordered the game, and now I'm wondering if I will be able to play it. I don't understand the purpose for an EA account if I'm logged in through the xbox. Very irritating. Definitely my last EA purchase
I’m in a similar situation. No one hacked my account, everything is working fine, but for some reason the 2FA code just never arrives in my Gmail. I’ve checked spam, junk, filters, the works. There is zero customer service and at this point I am locked out of my own account and can’t even remove the link to my Xbox account to simply create a new EA account. This will potentially derail me from even buying the game because I am so disgusted with this company. I sent an email to support 3 days ago and have not heard anything. It’s ridiculous.
Same, though i have yahoo mail.
File a Better Business Bureau complaint. I filed one this morning as I have been trying to get my hacked account back for over 3 years with EA support just closing out tickets with no explanation or communication. If we all file something will get done.

Literally doesn't do anything just unlink all links if an account is disabled then the majority of people wouldn't be complaining
I can't unlink my account since it was linked to my hacked Steam, Xbox, and PSN. They got my account back within a couple of hours. Been waiting three days for EA to do something.
This just puts us in a queue for several hours having to leave the chat window on and constantly monitoring it. By the time I get the email from one of you, you have moved on to another chat and the queue starts all over. Broken system
I tried to contact EA help directly I waited 4-6 hours and then couldn’t get back to the chat and was so frustrated
Been in a queue for ages only to get told the issue has been resolved when I literally haven't spoken to anyone(It was resolved) ended up canceling my pre order since I wont be able to get on Battlefield 6 if they don't resolve this issue
Having the same issue and I cannot access any of my EA games. The waiting on live agent for hours a time is repulsive.
