My Email Has Been Hacked and can’t recover the account, Please Help

hey guys was just wondering what i should do in this situation. i havent played any EA games for a while so i havent had to sign into my account but when i went to download BattleField 6 i realised i got banned. turns out back in may i got hacked and they obviously did some stuff and got my account perma banned. my Steam and xbox account are linked to this so even if i wanted to just make a new account i cant like either of those. ive tried to appeal a few times but no one has contacted me just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to go about this.

Welp i got my account back, now all that remains is for them to hopefully lift the ban that it got bcs of that russian piece of *****
