As explained in this guide, to unlink your PSN ID from the EA account, you need access to the registered email address. There are also some limitations to note. Please check the guide.
In the meantime, have you tried contacting the email service provider to recover and resecure the email address? If that's not possible, in order to have a closer look at the account, you will need to contact the Support Team directly following this guide. We can't do that here on EA Forums, sorry.
Please try submitting a new support request to report the hacking of your EA account. You should get the option to start a chat session.
The button Contact Us is at the bottom of the guides I linked. You can also submit the request without logging in by selecting Continue as a guest.

Yes I have contacted the email carrier and they seem to be just as “helpful” as ea support is at the moment meaning not helpful. Contacting support again doesn’t seem like it’s gonna help when 2 previous messages haven’t even got a single reponse.
