My Steam account already linked to EA account thats i dont know who

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account Nizam008 already linked to your EA Account for gn*****@veridicalmail.co. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime.already contact EA live support team but still same they need to verify .idk what they verify it.i bought fc26 on steam and suddenly this happend arghhh.
how can i unlink this anonymous email??
