Need Help Unlinking Old Email from EA Account Connected to Steam

    Hi redhatmarcello​, 

    Thanks for explaining so clearly what challenges you've encountered with the EA account. 

    I'm not sure unlinking would be the best available option for you. When you unlink a Steam account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress will not transfer over. Please see these EA Help guides for more about unlinking and Steam:

     

    Before opting for that, our support team could help you update the information on your EA account to reflect an accessible email address. You mentioned you've opened a case with them, and that's good. If a few days have passed without a response to your case, contact the support team again by creating a new case and referencing the case number (#225165636). They'll get up to speed right away.
