How can I solve this problem? I have tried to get through to EA support over the last few days and it seemed impossible too. I cannot play battlefield 6 at all because of this issue need help please
I am having the same issue, I can't access the email that is linked to my xbox account as it doesn't exist anymore and they want me to verify it, can't restore the email either. Had a ticket in for a week now on the EA Help section and no responses, can't seem to get a live chat option to appear either. Very annoying!
I was in the chat for 2 days finally got in 5 mins ago only to be transferred to someone else and to wait again and then it said no agents available now I can’t even get back on any chats with them
How did you manage to get one open? Just by luck or specific link?
I just had my phone on the page and kept resuming the case until all of the sudden today the line started going down but now when I try to resume it just says “this issue isn’t supported by our advisors” and it doesn’t let me chat. It sucks I really wanted to play battlefield
Better off leaving a BBB complaint against Electronic Arts Redwood Shores. They appear to be actioning on people with the same issues, kind of how CS is supposed to be.
Any advice on how I can do that would be greatly appreciated, any links to the website etc? Many thanks
