Need Help

I can not get refund for my STAR WARS, and I also can not associate with the EA

    Hi VC096​, 

    Thanks for sharing that clip. Looks like you've got a loading loop issue on your hands. Could you try these steps to see if they get rid of that loading loop for you?

    • Clear your browser Cache and Cookies
    • Log out and back into the EA account

     

    Then open the Refund Tool again and see if it processes your request now? 

    If the issue still happens, try contacting our support team directly. You can do this by scrolling to the bottom of this guide and selecting 'Contact Us' to start a support ticket: How to get a refund for EA games
