Need to unlink account - blocked from doing so.

As title. Have e-mailed twice and both times received a reply linking me to the "how to unlink an account" article. As I am not a **bleep**ing idiot I had already found this article before reaching out - for some arbitrary bull**bleep** reason I am not allowed to unlink my own account myself until December.

Please do not direct me to live chat. The option no longer exists - something that apparently even the community managers here were not informed of based on the number of threads I've seen in the last week with them directing questions to find live chat support through methods that do not work. I've used live chat previously. It is no longer an available option.

I promise my anger is not directed at you, the unfortunate individuals forced to be EA's face here, but my god does this soulless **bleep**ing blight of a company make it easy to hate them.
