No help for an account I’ve spent 200 plus dollars on.

So, my other EA account was banned when a hacker got the login info for it and changed the email associated with it. It took me forever to get even an ounce of help from EA and their staff. When I did the guy helping me did find the account and switch it back to the correct email. Then promptly close the chat with no other info. What the problem is when they ban an account they leave no way to get help on it like none at all even if it’s not your fault. You can’t get on forums. The worst part is you can’t live chat with an adviser. Now they also have closed every single case I have opened with no email back after 2 weeks. So, be careful they will not help you with an account that has been hacked because they don’t care.

    Does anyone experience FC 26 kicking you out of the server while you are winning a game. you quickly login and FC 26 gives you a disconnection warning knowing it’s their issue. I’ve been trying to complete the Ultimate Gauntlet 4 final objective of winning the tournament with 3 games in a row. I’ve twice been kicked out of the server in the last five minutes of the game while I was winning and advancing to the final game. I tried contacting them, but today I could not reach the chat department they have in India. It’s awful how they treat their customers.

    I’m not accepting that. My account was hacked and banned to no fault of my own. EA help contradicted themselves by verifying the account was indeed hacked by fixing the email address and giving me back login privileges. So what’s the deal here ? I’d like to hear your bs corporate answer for that. Act like a real human being. Yeah sure it’s a game account, but it’s mine and I paid good money for the stuff on it. And I’ve been told to go on somewhere like I’m a lowly peasant on the street. I’ve provided everything possible to prove I was not liable for the ban on my account. Yes there is something that can be done.

    If our team has denied multiple appeals thenthere is nothing that we can do to change this.

    I’ve sent multiple cases . Provided purchase receipts and talked to two EA advisors. You say that like I don’t know theirs an appeal system. My account got hacked and I have provided everything you guys need to unlock it. And now my account is completely disabled. I spent 200 dollars on one game. Someone got my login credentials and you guys completely disable the account I’ve never in my life seen something like this from a gaming company. It’s sicking, enjoy my hard earned money scumbags.
