No help for an account I’ve spent 200 plus dollars on.
So, my other EA account was banned when a hacker got the login info for it and changed the email associated with it. It took me forever to get even an ounce of help from EA and their staff. When I did the guy helping me did find the account and switch it back to the correct email. Then promptly close the chat with no other info. What the problem is when they ban an account they leave no way to get help on it like none at all even if it’s not your fault. You can’t get on forums. The worst part is you can’t live chat with an adviser. Now they also have closed every single case I have opened with no email back after 2 weeks. So, be careful they will not help you with an account that has been hacked because they don’t care.
