No response from EA help

Hi, I have submitted a help claim 3 times via ea help, regarding an account hack and some players stolen. No cases are being created. Any advice how to contact otherwise?

    When you check your case history is it blank?

    I also have the same case from 10 and 11.12.2025. Yes, this problem is not registered in the case history. Can you advise?
