old email with no access still attached to my ps5

I would like to completely delete my old ea account bc I have a new one but i have no access to the old email

    Unfortunately, we on the forums do not have the ability to support account-related requests. In this case, you'll need to contact EA Help and have the team there work with you to delete your old EA account or make any other changes to your account.
