Original PvZ Data on iOS deleted

I was having some issues updating my PvZ app on my phone (iphone 12 Pro) today, so I deleted the app and redownloaded it. My game is connected to my Game Center and Apple ID,  but it deleted all my progress. I’ve looked everywhere and haven’t been able to find anything about recovering all my progress because the account is linked. When I start up the app, it just prompts me to create a new account and game. When I go to my Game Center, I can see the achievements and the date I earned them but it won’t let me recover anything. Does anyone know how to fix this? It’s a few years worth of game data I’d like to recover if possible…
